My favourite foundation primers

Hello beautiful people, I hope you are all well. Today's post is a quick look at my current favourite primers. Ive split them into two categories depending on the type of base they provide, I hope you like it.

Brightening Primers
The first two primers may differ in price but not in quality. Both provide a great luminous and radiant base for your foundation that also helps keep your makeup on for hours. Both of these primers are designed for all skin types but are better suited to those with dry skin hoping to get that radiant shiny look that most people with oily skin hate. Although I love both of these primers, I tend to reach for That Gal more often because it is slightly less pigmented and less bright than the no7 Illuminator.

Benefit - That Gal 11ml
Price: £24.50
Finish/Aim: Brightening Primer

No7 - Skin Illuminator 30ml Nude
Price: £12.50
Finish/Aim: Radiance Boosting

Smoothing/ Mattefing Primers
Although I have a dry to normal skin type sometimes I do want a completely matte base to apply my foundation. I use these primers more so to smooth the skin than control oil but i'm sure if you do have suffer with oily skin these primers would definitely help. These primers also differ quite a lot in price but both are equally as good although I usually reach for NYX Angel Veil because I feel it does not cling to any dry areas on my skin.

NYX: Angel Veil 30ml
