One look one palette (New NYX Lingeire Palette)

I'm back again with another makeup post guys! However theres a twist to this one, I've only used one palette to create this gorgeous subtle smokey eye look. If you are on the look out for a new eyeshadow palette the NYX Lingerie palette is for you my honeys. 

The Lingerie palette has 6 wearable shades that will suit everyone and are the perfect colours to wear during the day and night depending on how you use them. Below I have actually used 5 of the 6 colours on my eyes starting with the light peach and orange shades as a base and blending in the 3 darker shades to create that smokey look. Each of the colours are really pigmented however I would suggest priming the eyes with a creamy concealer or a creamy eyeshadow primer, as if you use anything to matte the shadows drag slightly making them more difficult to blend.

 Although I intended to create a brown dark smokey eye I ended up with a subtle purple smokey look instead, I mean i'm not complaining I like it! I think this palette is super versatile and great to throw in your handbag as it contains great basic colours that everyone can use. I hope you like this look, let me know what you think.
