Easy subtle smokey eye

Only in the past year have I become a major fan of eyeshadow. I think I was always scared of it because at a time the only eyeshadow colours I thought existed were pink blue and silver the colours I used as a child when playing dress up so I think that was always a deterrent. However when I started watching youtube videos, reading blogs and magazines I realised that there was a huge range of eyeshadows on the market. Now I don't think a day goes by when I don't wear eyeshadow. I think its a great alternative to eyeliner, if you want to take your make up from day to evening but don't want to spend the time on getting the perfect eyeliner flick, eyeshadow is a perfect alternative. I must admit I haven't been as brave as I could be with the colours I use but you cant go wrong with subtle brown/gold/orange toned eyeshadows. They are beautiful colours that compliment brown eyes and are great for night and day. The make up look below is one of my go to looks its almost effortless and always looks chic. I hope you like it.
