Quick and easy breakfast

This is my quick and easy yet very tasty breakfast, that I make 2 or 3 times a week. This breakfast keeps me full right up until lunch time and takes less than 10minutes to make, what more can you ask for.

Fry for 5-8minutes 
1 tbs olive oil 
1 tomatoe 
1small onion 
4 medium mushrooms 
Splash of chilli flakes 

Mix together and put in the microwave for 1min 30secs
2 eggs 
2 tbs milk 
Dash of salt
