Topshop Lipsticks and Tanya Burr Lipgloss

It feels as though I haven't done a post in so long! I've recently started back at university so finding the time to do a post every week is proving more difficult than I thought. But not to worry I'm back with a really nice summery post for you. I was shopping recently in TopShop and thought i'd check out all the make up as I hadn't brought a TopShop make up item in ages. I was looking at the nail varnishes and eye shadow's but the lipsticks just caught my eye. The colour selection is amazing but the bright neon colour's stood out for me. The two colour's I purchased were Rio Rio which is a gorgeous red/orange and Boom which is a bright neon pink. I think these colour's are perfect summer colour's, a statement lip always looks good in the sunshine. You could wear these colour's in the winter but I think they would make a really bold statement. I think these lipsticks look great with a bronzed skin and a simple eye. The pictures below are just a suggestion on how to wear these lipsticks, however I don't think the picture in which i'm wearing Rio Rio really shows off the orangey tone of the lipstick. I have also found that Tanya Burr Picnic In the Park goes perfectly well on top of Boom lipstick and I have worn it in the pictures below.
