Lipstick Love

Hi bloggers. So this past year I have been experimenting with new lipsticks. Before this year I  usually just reached for lip balms or glosses when ever I went shopping for lip products, however this year i wanted to try it out as so many people look amazing in it. I myself always thought only celebrities or older women wore lipstick it wasn't something for young women however since I've started wearing lipstick I've realized it is for everyone you just have to find the right colour for you. At first I was scared to pick up and try the red and berry shade lipsticks as I thought it would make me stand out but now I cant really stop wearing them. I think red lipsticks always look sophisticated if teamed with minimal eye makeup and just a slightly bronzed and blushed face. Although I do sometimes wear bright lipsticks in the day I tend to always pick up nude lipsticks that either have a brown, pink or peach tint. I think these colour lipsticks are perfect for the day time and make you look like you haven't even tried. I think a light lip always looks good with heavier eye makeup as it gives you a very cool edgy look. I think celebrities like Cara Delevingne or Kim Kardashian wear this look amazingly its heavy but natural at the same time and I love how there make up always looks perfect. Below are two of my favourite Nude/ Pink Lipsticks that I always go to. One is Mac Creme Cup and the other is Revlon Creme Brulee I think they are perfect shades and are both very moisturizing, however I must say that the Revlon lipstick is so moisturizing it could replace your lip balm I absolutely love it. In the pictures below my eye makeup is slightly heavy but I think it looks great with both of these lipsticks and I wear this makeup look almost everyday.
